Cloister 01 - The Excavation

With an orange paint gun, this fellow marked out the dimensions of the new cloister.

The big "cat" got to work knocking down trees all around the cloister location - that machine is S-T-R-O-N-G!

After encircling the dog house with chains, the "cat" driver carefully lifted it and moved it to a new location.

This guy was so skilled, he could probably thread a needle with that "cat"!

first scoops

The first scoops of soil are removed - the dream is becoming a reality!

With the help of his assistant, and a transom, the excavation continues.

The excavation is nearly completed!

About an hour after beginning to dig, the excavation is complete! WOW - we're on the way!
